Polly in Service Works

Polly in Service Works

by Sophia Rothfield

Chris Polak in Service Works.

'With a lifetime curiosity around food and over 15 years in venues, Chef and director of Polly's, Chris Polak (Polly), celebrates food as the conduit between people and the environment. Polly cooks food that lets ingredients shine, influenced by nature and culture from around the world, with a strong focus on time spent in and around the ocean.'

With his infrastructure in the Northern Rivers NSW, Chris journeyed up there to put on an incredible spread, highlighting local seafood cooked over charcoal.

Designed for Chefs and adapted for all - Service Works was born in 2020 out of a love for elasticated waists and good food, and caters for Chefs like Chris, whose craft is food, that want to bring their own sense of style to the table.

Our full range of Service Works is available in-store + online.

He headed out with Adventure Tracks Australia on a 3-day boat camping mission along the island’s wild west coast. Remote stretches of shoreline, setting up camp as they went, and living almost entirely off what they could catch and gather.
